We completely understand that sometimes plans change — and that’s perfectly okay! Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, simple, and respectful to all our valued customers.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at admin@xenbulletins.com as soon as possible.

If your add-on or license has not yet been delivered, we’ll be happy to cancel your order right away and process a full refund.

If your product has already been delivered or downloaded, please reach out to us — we’ll kindly review your request and do our best to find a fair solution.

Custom Development Services

For custom XenForo development projects:

If you cancel before work has started, we’ll issue a full refund.

If development is already in progress, we’ll only deduct a small amount to cover the work completed so far, and refund the remaining balance promptly.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible — usually within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be sent through the same payment method used for your purchase.
