We provide refunds only in the following cases:

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase for the same XenForo addon or XenForo service, we will issue a refund for the second transaction once the duplicate purchase is verified. -
Technical Issues Preventing Product Delivery
If you encounter technical issues that prevent the delivery of your XenForo addon or XenForo service, and these issues cannot be resolved by our support team, we will review your request for a refund. -
Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
If a transaction is deemed unauthorized or fraudulent after an investigation, a refund will be issued once verified.
